   Organiser. The loyalty programme is run by Smashbite OÜ (registry code 17099451, Odra tn 16, 10144 Tallinn), which operates the Bunz restaurants. Contact: info@bunz.ee.

   Joining. Joining is free on the registration page. You must be at least 16 years old to join. The loyalty card is digital and is saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

   Collecting stamps. Every burger you buy at a Bunz restaurant earns one stamp on your card, as long as you show the card before paying. Both single burgers and burgers in combos earn a stamp.

   Free burger. Once your card has 9 stamps, your next burger – the 10th – is free. The free burger can be any burger on the menu. Sides and drinks are not included in the free burger.

   What does not count. Orders through Wolt, Bolt Food or other delivery platforms do not earn stamps. The free burger does not earn a new stamp. The loyalty card discount cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.

   Validity. Stamps are valid for 12 months from the day they are collected. The card is personal and cannot be exchanged for cash.

   Changes and ending the programme. Bunz may change these terms or end the programme by announcing it on bunz.ee at least 30 days in advance. You may leave the programme at any time by writing to info@bunz.ee.

• Marketing. We only send marketing e-mails if you have given separate consent for them. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the link in any of our e-mails or by writing to info@bunz.ee.
• Who sees the data. The data is kept in the CompuCash till system provided by Ektaco AS. The digital card is saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, whichever you choose. The data is not sold or passed on to third parties for marketing.
• Retention. We keep the data for as long as you are a member of the loyalty programme. When you leave, or 24 months after your last purchase, we delete or anonymise it, except for data we are required by law to keep.
• Your rights. You have the right to see, correct and delete your data, to restrict its processing and to withdraw your consent. Write to info@bunz.ee. If you believe your data is being processed incorrectly, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
